::Dr. McCollum was my primary oncologist throughout the whole diagnosis and treatment of my gastric cancer. He did a great job in making sure I got a good diagnosis and staging of my cancer, and then presribed a good chemo regimin before and after my subtotal gastrectomy. He also referred me to the great Dr. Jeffrey Lamont who performed my subtotal gastrectomy. Dr. McCollum also made sure I got the CT scans after surgery to make sure the cancer did not return. I am cured of my gastric cancer and I owe it to my entire medical team, including the "quarterback", Dr. McCollum. He was also fantastic at explaining my diagnosis and providing me with treatment options. I would recommend Dr. McCollum to my closest family and friends and anyone diagnosed with cancers that he treats.

::My father has been Dr. McCollum's patient since 2018 and he's honestly one of our favorite physicians. He's honest and straight forward but not in a brutal way. I really appreciate how Dr. McCollum tries his best to communicate with my father in his native language which is Spanish. He never rushes us, listens and answers all of our questions and I personally appreciate how he always knows what we spoke of on our last visit and is up to date with my dads treatments and we don't have to remind him of details or facts, ,he's on it. I could go on and on but I definitely recommend him to anyone searching for an oncologist.
