  Did a great job on my babies sterling silver spoon and fork set --- turn around time quick and service was professional! Lots of fonts to choose from as well for engraving

  Rude, price bait and switch, not friendly to minorities. They said one thing on the phone (would only cost and would only take so long to have done) but when I finally showed up they said a completely different price and said it would take much longer to get done.

  After several emails and arranging a specific time to meet I arrived only to find a chalkboard plaque on the door saying she has gone to run errands and would be back almost 2 hours from my appointed time. I drove in from out of town for this meeting. Although she drove back (we were now in contact on cells) to shop to see if she could help, she only had a few minutes as she had to get to HER appointment in the Galleria. She asked if I could wait/do errands while she was out. No! I drove in from out of town and had dogs to consider getting back to after so many hours. This is why I made the appointment and CONFIRMED the appointment. Things happen, I get that, but I never received an email or phone call with an apology. I will not be using this engraver.

  This company has changed management and is now called Heights Engravers. I had a fantastic experience with Linda and her team as they turned around an engraving on a chef's knife in very quick time, with great quality work.

  Absolutely horrible experience here. Dropped off a fantasy football trophy to be engraved (very simple) in mid-January. Was told I would have it back in 10 days and it would "be about $20 or so". Okay, drop it off and thought all was well. I call back 2 weeks later and she says she had medical issues, but would get to it right away. That's fine, medical issues happen. Two more weeks go by, I call back and she says she promises she'll start on it that week and have it to me in a few days. Another week goes by, she calls me this time to tell me she engraved it, but completely messed up what I wanted to engrave. She offers to replace the plate and re-engrave it for me, but she had to get a part from some friend who was traveling but would be home in a week. Weeks go by, finally I call her back and she says she has the new plate engraved, but she messed up the screw holes and wasn't sure they'd line up. She asked me to bring the entire trophy (she just had one plate) by and she can make it look right. I drop the trophy off and three weeks later, I get a call that it is done. I just picked it up today. I was expecting, given how much trouble she had with it, not to be charged... or if anything $5-$10. She admitted everything was her fault and that I did nothing wrong but she "had to cover her costs" and charged me $26. 4 months, multiple calls from me checking on it, wasted time on a trip back to drop the trophy off... and she ended up charging more than she originally quoted. Next year, I'll definitely take it elsewhere... I suggest you do as well.
