  Alex is seriously an artist... She's one of the best you can find in or out of Phoenix. All the products she uses are all natural as well.

  I've had my hair cut a couple of times by Meredith, and I loved each haircut! I'm so happy I found A Bloom Salon because I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hair. Meredith seems super knowledgeable about hair and has a good sense of what will or won't work for you. She's also friendly and easy to talk to! Another reason I like A Bloom Salon is because they use organic products. I think their products are vegan as well, but I'm not 100% sure. There's only street parking, but I've never had a problem finding a spot to park.

  I am the owner of Abloom Salon, I am writing is response to Pash Ookay / Dominus Mea's reviews, which after many times of reading your review, it is obvious that it is the same person. I remember you quite well, when you walked in for a haircut, it was my day off and I was doing other things at the salon, so you instead had a consultation with another seasoned stylist, and you decided after a consultation to have her cut your hair. It is true that I cut Men's hair without the use of clippers, you were not in my chair. it is also true that I forgot to bring you your water until you reminded me. Its really hard for me to be rude for no reason, and I can guarantee to you, that I was not upset about getting you the water, I was a little embarrassed that you had to remind me, but that's it. Your stylist never left your side as you stated earlier and never did we group together to discuss your hair cut. Once your haircut was complete, you handsomely modeled for your hairstylist, while she took a few photos of your cut. You paid cash, and when I re-counted the money after you had left, we text you to tell you that you left an extra $10. your response was "I meant to leave that, go and get yourself a drink" You also called us lazy and unprofessional. That's your opinion, only I know that amount of love, energy, time and discipline that it took to create and maintain Abloom Salon. Never did I get a phone call from you about wanting a refund, if you had I would have asked you to come in so that I could see your hair, see if I could get it to what you were looking for, and I would have given you a full refund. Our men's haircuts start at $45.00, so I'm not sure which salon you called when you were inquiring about prices, but it definitely wasn't Abloom. The stylist who cut your hair has an impressive 16 years under her belt in this industry, which is why her prices reflect that. Lastly, you are obviously extremely upset, since you wrote 2 reviews, but I have a feeling its more to do with a personal issue and not a professional issue My apologies, we did our best. Alejandra

  Alex was exceedingly patient with me as I agonized over my first haircut in two years (I was there for four hours!!). She listened to exactly what I wanted and gauged how I felt as she was cutting my hair, picked up on my hesitation and explained what she was doing. She intuited a haircut that fit my style and personality much better than I could have described or imagined. I loved her vision, skillful technique, and easy conversation. This is more than I hoped for. Alex is exceptional. My hair feels healthy, bouncy, and alive--it's definitely the best haircut I've ever had. Thank you!!
