  Stopped by the company 3 weeks a go to request an estimate. Got a call for an appointment the next day. Last week I got another call telling me they had experiences cancellations and could fit me in on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, since I too have a busy schedule I told the lady I had already peciled in the appointment for Friday, March 30th at 4:00PM as agreed. Well today is Friday the 30th of March the representitive shows up at 4:12PM, when I remarked he was late I got "I was stuck in traffic" excuse. I don't tolerate this from my employees so what makes A-Best think their employees or for that matter a potential customer about to spend thousand of dollars should excuse tardiness either.

  I have used this company for a little over a year. They are my go to guys for all my residential and commercial roofing needs. Customer service is exceptional. I have never had a bad experience. Nobody is perfect and we all have labor issues, but they stand behind their products and workmanship.

  In March of 2017, I really needed a new roof. A-Best assisted me with my insurance claim, helped me select the roofing materials that would last, made the necessary upgrades to my roof such as venting my roof ( I had none) replacing the flashing around the chimney, and gave me a large selection of colors for my roof. They cleaned up my yard, so that you could not tell they had even been there - except for the beautiful new roof I now have. Their customer service and follow up is outstanding! I highly recommend them. Not only do they pay attention to you as their customer, but they try hard to accommodate your neighbors during the working in progress as well.

  The WORST!! We payed $9,000 for a new roof and 3 broken rafters to be replaced. when the work was completed, the roof was sagging on one side, they used the wrong flashing, and broke some of my property by throwing junk off the roof into my garden. They came out to replace the flashing and afterwards me and my father got up in the attic and realized they didn't replace one of the broken rafters. When we asked them why they didn't fix it and if they where going to come back out, they said "well, we saved you a bunch of money". We were finally able to get them back out to fix the rafter and we thought everything was good. Until the payments came out and they took over twice the amount out of my account that we had agreed upon. We called them to make them aware that they had double charged us for the month and they said it was a misunderstanding, but by this point we are pretty sick of dealing with these people. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
