  If I could give zero stars, I would. My niece had items in storage for three years while she lived in Arizona. She came to empty out her storage unit and noticed a new lock had been placed on her unit. Of course, she could not use her existing key issued to her at the time of rental. My husband and her father who accompanied her to help her move her items in her father's truck asked the person at the office to open the lock and questioned why the original lock had been changed. THEY COULD NOT ANSWER WHY THE LOCK HAD BEEN REPLACED AND CHARGED HER $50 TO CUT OFF THE LOCK A &A STORAGE WITH WHICH THEY HAD REPLACED HER LOCK!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are unscrupulous to say the least!

  The elderly couple are HORRIBLE RUDE . never go there please and the female is the worst one. She needs an attitude adjustment

  Old lady in the office is extremely rude. I made a payment over the phone, she did not put it in, sent me letter that I needed to pay late charge for not paying on time, denied that I had spoken with her over phone. Was rude to me the rest of the call. Even hung up on me all because of her mistake. She really needs to retire.

  Great service and the empolyee has a good professional attitude and knowledge of how to attend to the clients needs and greets u with a smile
