  On September 7th, I purchased a Rose Gold pair of LG Tone + bluetooth headphones. I was excited about them to go with my LG Stylo 3+. Well I use them today September 8th and it was all charged and ready to go but here was the problem...the left headphone cuts in and out. So I decided to try them again and again the left ear is just not working. So I head back to AA Electronics to exchange them. Now before you purchase anything from them....Ask About the Return and Exchange policy. I asked the young lady yesterday and she did tell me we can Exchange Only. Here is the thing they do not tell you some items package once it is open that they will not let you exchange the item....Yes I opened a pair of headphones to make sure they worked. And they watched me open it and when the right ear was out. And when I gave them back they proceed to tell me they couldn't take them back. Now I spent 60$ on a pair of headphones. Not only did they proceed to tell me my phone was the problem. One young lady and her boss tried the headphones in their phone and I guess to them if it works in their phones mines is the problem. First and Foremost, the customer isn't always right and I understand they have a business to run. But I came in as a new customer and it will be my last time. I didn't even give a hard time because I was over it. This is a Warning. Places that sell refurbished items as if they are brand new Suck. Yes I asked around and people have told me most of the items are refurbished. They should offer to give the money back. Yes it is money lost but not a reputation tarnished. Do not buy headphones here. Go about getting reliable headphones in the city of NY. In which headphones are important at PC Richards or Best Buy. Or even online. As for my money, I am taking a lose for headphones that may not last me a full 24 hours let alone a year.

  Sabrina, Justina and Oliver are always there to help. I have been with this company for more than a year and the appliances I have financed are still brand new with no issues or problems. Acima Finance is easy to use, they give you online status of your finance in seconds. The prices are not what you expect however, the financing is easy. The application for finance is 40.00, therefore, if you go, expect to pay this in advance. For anyone financing expect to pay the interest and the fees associated with asking for credit. This is not the store who coordinates but the financing. The store has most electronics and any electronic they do not have you can call and ask to order.

  bought a new laptop and I took it home and boot it up and it was used had somebody else's info on it

  Horrible & their thieves.They over charge & don't sell merchandise for the prices on the box.For a $200 LG mini system, they charged me $800.The same system is $200 everywhere else. They love to finance your purchase because you can't get an exchange, credit or refund & you end up owing the finance company, even if you refuse the merchandise.My mistake was not believing the reviews & checking the price of my item at other stores first.They are quick talkers & pressure you.Careful of Rafael the sales person.

  These people will tell you one thing to get you to buy their products and you will end up paying never ending fees. I leased a speaker from a company named TEMPOE through AA Electronics and before the whole process was done, they told me that i needed to make 10 payments . Once the deal was done, i found out that i had to pay 10 payments and when that was done i had to pay $359.28 more. what the hell is that? On top of that, TEMPOE has these terms of which they will not be liable for ANYTHING! This is just disgusting. I will never buy anything from a business like AA Electronics again. They are disgraceful.
