  one of my kids decided that it would be cool to see stuff go down the toilet so as you all ready understand my toilet backed up and everything went all over and i called 49*95 and they got to my scheduled appointment on time and were very professional and fast and most importunately they didn't try to charge me more then 49*95!!! THANK YOU (:

  How are these people still in business? There really should be a formal complain lodged against a company that makes it it's business to waste people's time and steal their money. Their business practice is unethical. Their employees are dishonest and refused to do the work unless I paid them extra cash on the side. When I refused they called into their office saying that I refused them entry and told me that I needed to pay them a $25 service charge. When I called the office to see what happened I got a disgrace of a woman on the phone who clearly didn't want to address the issue, was giving incredible amounts of bad attitude and who just hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I called back she was yelling that I was harassing her. These people are THIEVES and incredibly unprofessional. Do yourselves a a favor and never, ever, ever use them. There are a number of other drain clearing services you can use even if they cost a little bit more.

  Had a persistent issue with our drain. they came over towards the beginning of the scheduled window of time which was great. the plumber wasnt able to complete the job the first day bc of an access issue of my own so once i cleared the issue, they came back first thing the next day and fixed it and explained to me what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. all throughout they were corteous and professional. not the 49.95 price (I figured it was going to be more due to the extent of the work)but i don't feel like they took advantage or overcharged at all. would definitely use again and recommend

  I had a stuff tub drain. Called them on a Sunday, they told me the next available appointment was for Tuesday between 2-5. On Tuesday at 12:30, the dispatcher called to say the tech can come now. He arrived shortly after that and in less than 15 min, he cleared and adjusted the train. Price was $59 (cash) as quoted, with a 30 day guarantee. Highly recommend this affordable drain service.
