::First time trying CF was 4 weeks ago. I was open with the trainers about being hesitant to begin CF due to the stigma of CF being injury prone. However, the trainers were very patient during the 2 week Green Ramp program while teaching the basic movements. Not only the trainers but other members have all been very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

::LOVE IT! Clean, comfortable space with lots of room and plenty of equipment. Friendly, patient, well-trained coaches. These people - the coaches and the members - make you feel like part of the family right from the jump. I have a gym in my hometown that I love, but I willingly drive an hour one way to grab a workout here at 918 Crossfit as often as I can.

::I travel quite a bit and drop into a lot of boxes. I've probably been to over 30 all across the eastern half of the country. 918Crossfit is my home box and I would put the facility up there with the best I've been to. The programming is great for General Physical Preparedness using classic Crossfit and strength/skill work is usually programmed each day. The facility is very spacious, so your not right on top of other athletes. They have all the equipment a crossfitter needs and more, and I haven't even gotten to the best part. Emily, the owner, is one of the best in the business. Her coaches are encouraging and supportive, while also very instructive and willing to work with anyone. Whether you're relatively new to Crossfit, or you are a competitive athlete, 918Crossfit can accommodate any level or age. The community at this box is one of the best too. I may be biased because these are some of my best friends, but they're all pretty cool people. Everyone is welcoming and just down right fun to be around. So if you're looking for a home gym or just dropping in like I do a lot of places. You should try out 918Crossfit. You won't be disappointed.

::I love 918 CrossFit. The coaches are great people, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The members of 918 CrossFit are friendly and make you feel like you are a part of the 918 community. A great thing about 918 is that your fitness level does not matter, if your already an athlete or if you haven't worked out in a while. 918 welcomes anyone and will modify the WOD to your abilities. I would recommend anyone to come try it out.
