::This is what is missing in companies today, a friendly family owned company that cares about the customer. I needed to replace a 50 year old unit. Jim came in and gave me a quote. (The best quote from the three companies that I called) He explained everything that needed to be done and what the best route was. He didn't up sale me on anything I didn't need and used as much of the working equipment as possible.

::911 AC repair service is great my book. Had a heating call on a Sunday and they were out within an hour and had it fixed.

::Jim and his crew are great! My A/C went out in April and Jim was able to come out the the day after and give me a quote for the repair. Great price! I had the outdoor unit and indoor unit replaced with a bigger unit due to the home builder installing an undersized system for my home. I had Sears come out a few days before my A/C died for a quote to upgrade my system because I knew it didn't have much time left. $11,000!! That was the quote. The rep for sears wanted me to sign right away for a $500 discount. The problem was, he showed me a number his computer spit out, but no details as to the extent of the work being performed. Jim explained what I needed, what he would do, and showed me on paper what I was paying for. He also offered me a couple of other options. Based on my research, I do a lot before a major purchase, I found his price to be less than I expected to pay for an upgrade, which was 1/3 the price Sears gave me. Its now June, A/C is working great. I thought I had an issue with my A/C this weekend, Jim came right out and explained what was going on and the simple fix. The problem was I wasn't replacing my filter often enough. A/C is back on track. He could of easily claimed another issue and charged me a couple of hundred, but he didn't. NO CHARGE FOR LETTING ME KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG, ON A SUNDAY! I highly recommend these guys, I have to many of my co-workers, but it seems they decided to pay more by going with someone else. The least you could do is give him a call and get an estimate, won't hurt a thing and I'm sure you'll save a bunch of money. Jorge in Grand Prairie
