::Ruined my new $300 favorite dress that I only got to wear once because when I left it there to be dry cleaned, the sleeves got loose stitching, the front had a big rip, both care tag and brand tag were stapled on and it wasn't even ready on the day they said it would be! Extremely heartbroken when I saw it! Good for DIY laundry, friendly people and free wifi, but NOT for dry cleaning!!!

::HORRIBLE. They returned laundry to my apartment that wasn't mine...twice in once night. Then made me drive with them to their store that they said was 5-10 minutes away - of course was 15 - in a sketchy can where the guy kept texting and driving. I get to the store to identify my laundry and it was a MESS. Someone could have walked in and taken any laundry they had there no problem. Once i finally found our laundry - they refused to do anything about it and i had to yell until they gave me $20 so i could take a cab back home and not drive again with the guy. My laundry was of course - not clean. WORST experience I have ever had. STAY AWAY.
