::STAY AWAY!! ABUSIVE OWNER DO NOT SUPPORT This is where I stop and get gas and a car wash every week. Today I went inside and a gentleman was speaking with the guy at the cash register explaining that his car wash didnt work and asking to have it redone or a refund. The guy at the cash register told him he couldn't help him and that yhe customer should come bavk witb his receipt tomorrow. At no point did the customer yell or even speak harshly to the employee. After about 5min the Owner came busting out of the door directly behind the cashier. He immediately started to yell at the elderly customer. Telling the man it wasn't his problem that the car wash didn't work and he wasn't going to refund him. The guy in front of me spoke up and said that he felt the owner should refund him. The owner started yelling at the guy in front of me. I interjected and said that it would be customer service to either refund the guy or give him another car wash. The owner started yelling at me and pointed to his We may refuse service to anyone sign. At that point Me and four other customers walked out without buying anything. I will never hive this business another dime. I feel awful for unknowingly supporting such a horrible abusive person in business weekly for the past years.

::The owner of this gas station supposedly calls himself Danny which he's an idiot I just want to start by introducing this unprofessional heartless bastard. I used his car wash a few times before not that it's the best wash, it's worth what it charges. Anyways, I used the 76 branded car wash a few days ago and when I was finished I went straight to where the vacuums are. So I started to use the vacuum and I noticed that there was a black streak line on the right side of my Mazda SUV. I went back inside and complained, the clerk or the cashier told me to call the owner his name is Danny. The day after I tried to get a hold of the owner the cashier picked up and he was very rude I guess they are all Indians don't speak very good English and he started to get aggressive. I left my name and number with at least 3 idiots over their and finally the owner calls me and he starts to be very aggressive and wouldn't let me explain my situation to him. The owner claimed that he washed over 300 cars a day and not once anyone complained or had an incident. I told him I was gonna bring it in and let him see it and he right always said to call my insurance and file a claim. Then he stared to curse at me calling me The F word and he hang up on me. I will call their corporate 76 Unical and file my complaint.

::I'm not a big fan of 76 but when your out of gas I guess your not too picky. I don't remember seeing a car wash in this location but I could be wrong. The gas station is just ok I mean it's not terrible but I've seen worse.

::The two guys who are working at this gas station are very rude, unprofessional, careless. These guys that I'm talking about are one with a necklace looks like a Filipino but he is Indian and he usually works morning shift and the other one is a skin tall dude. The only good person is the Mexican guy working at the auto wash. Expensive gas here too.
