Countless times the ATM/credit system has not worked at the pump. I require a receipt for all my transactions, forget about that ever being a thing at the pump. No restroom, no window wash, bad attitudes, but hey they have fuel.

This afternoon, I gave the cashier, I think her nametag said "Anayim," a $20 and my pump number. She repeated the information and was pleasant, but when I went to my car, the pump had not been credited. I hurried back inside, where the cashier was still helping the person who had been behind me in line. Two men came in ahead of me and tried to explain to her that one's money had been put on the other's pump. They settled it themselves. When I tried to explain my own issue to the cashier, she insisted that no one had put any money on #8 (the station was full; there was a car at every pump.) She treated me like I was lying and made me wait for a manager to check the video to confirm I had given her money (as I said, she was still helping the customer directly after me when I reentered the store.) My tank was on empty, I was already running late for work, and I couldn't afford to lose $20 and go get gas somewhere else. The manager was very helpful, but I will think twice before coming to this station again.
