  The workers here are unprofessional. They are so rude with absolutely no customer service skills. Yes they might have a theft issue but that does not give you the okay to profile me. I’m black and I’m trying to understand why someone who is not black selling hair products that are catered to black women. These workers are also people of color and profile me every time I walk in. We as minorities get profiled everyday so I’m wondering what exactly you think you are doing. I refuse to bring my business here, I just go to Variety Beauty.

  Please make sure to count or check the balance the cashier gives you before you leave. They always give the wrong change. It's happened to me a few times.

  This place is horrible. The customer service is horrible and so are their supplies. Their name is 7 mile expressions to confuse people to think that they're of the quality of the original 7 mile stores that are in St. Paul on university or Broadway in Minneapolis. All of their wigs are old and nappy and the selection is awful. You can never find a nice wig that you can buy new. They will give you a wig that's been out for only God knows how long and never know how many people have tried on and offer you a whopping 10% discount. This is done by intent in my opinion because how can there never be a new one? I heard a lady upset about that while in the store. I asked a lady to let me see a wig today and she was standing right next to me with a stick and thought she should call another guy from across the other side of the store to come help me. Told her thanks but no thanks, girl bye and I will never return to that store again.
