::Horrible place. Staff is very rude and it is over priced. I came here at 4pm for a late lunch/early dinner and I got soup with my meal. I sat down to eat it and the soup was cold, I approached the associate and asked very nicely if she could just microwave my soup, which I honestly didn’t mind. She said they do not have a microwave and they have to remove the soup from the heat in the middle of the day because they cannot store it in the refrigerator at night until it has reached room temperature and that’s why the soup was cold. She had no method of re-heating the soup for me and did not offer to reimburse me for my $6 soup. Why wouldn’t she just say they were out of soup instead of serving cold soup? Anyways, won’t be back.

::(Vegan Review) UPDATE - have to update my review as I placed an order for pick up today and was very impressed with the customer service I received! They were out of the dressing I requested, so they gave me a call, apologized and recommended another vegan dressing they thought would go well with the salad I had built and it was amazing! It was some kind of lime jalapeno dressing. I enjoyed the best salad I've had in a long time. Love this place and highly recommend it Excellent, high quality ingredients! Highly recommend the Woodward Cruise or the Wok it to me salad. Only 4 stars due to customer service, which I am sure they will continue to work on in order to thrive.

::Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely awful experience. Had to go to the hospital because I ate here!!!! Worker put nuts in a smoothie which weren't in the recipe. I had a severe allergic reaction and had to call an ambulance. I payed over $400 in medical bills and the owner won't do anything about it. Never go here!!!!! It is TERRIBLE!!!! I ALMOST DIED BECAUSE I ATE HERE AND THE OWNER DOESNT EVEN CARE ENOUGH TO PAY MY HOSPITAL BILLS!!!! ALSO it is extremely overpriced and the staff is not friendly.

::If this place didn't have a sign on it I would never know that it was affiliated with the one in Birmingham.. the staff at Birmingham location is not as organized as the one in Detroit.. while making my salad the young lady was extremely confused.. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times.. also I guess someone didn't use an egg for a previous order that occurred before my arrival.. they decided to give me that egg.. how am I suppose to know how long that egg was sitting there or how many people have been breathing all over it? Not trying to be picky but the one in Detroit would have never done that. So if you want to like this place go to Downtown Detroit!
