  The night time lady employee and the man security where rude to customers making them put things back when could not afford it also i said that was not 7 11 policy.they made fun of a lady who worked for 7 11 who also said that was not policy security officer ran in back of store came back with a 7 11 shirt asking anybody wants to work for 7 11 this store needs new employee's that well treat people the way they need to be and the security office violated his guard card policy i will be contacting the gard card company to.

  If you are an african american person prepare to be stalked by employees when you enter an 7-11 in Los Angeles. They’ll immediately stereotype you and assume that you are a theif!

  This is the worst 7/11 that I have ever been to because it is always dirty , the customer service very bad ,they over charge me every time as compared to other 7 eleven locations . I am a regular 7/11 customer but I have never experienced what I have experienced at this 7/11 location .

  Every time I go here, they have a long line and online one person on register. They allow people to stand outside their doors and ask people for their change and/or money in general. They should have a no loitering or soliciting sign somewhere, or enforce this policy to make sure their customers feel safe. They never ask if you want a bag, and when you do they charge you .25 instead of the .10 they are legally allowed. The customer service isn't that great. They don't greet you or smile.
