  I've been going to this 7-Eleven for many years just because it on the way of my walking route. But I do not try to do often since more places opened up. Employees have no customer service skills. They talk like they are in the back of the house. There are some good seeds, but are probably not going to get any good work habits working in this environment. On top of that outside of the door always has beggars and hustlers outside of the store. I get theg are the middle of the city but with security effort it could be decreased. This whole place needs retrained.

  Staff is lazy. They talk about their personal lives instead of working to get the line down that is wrapped around to the coffee machines. They dont say thank you. Have a nice day nothing. They argue with customers. The ones that are there around 6 at night are horrible. If they dont like their job get a new one.

  Just trying to get into this place is annoying . So many people outside blocking the door. Inside was very dirty and the staff were really rude, and hollaring at each other from across the store . On my way out I was trying to get past the same group of people who were blocking the door when I went in were giving everyone a hard time while one of their employees who should have been inside was outside smoking a cigarette and, ignoring the group of people blocking the door. This was around 6 pm No manager was present.i will never go back .. Some of these great reviews MUST be fake ..
