  Skinny cracked out employee cursing behind the counter in front of customers, too lazy to stand she gets to sit at the counter which is something I've never seen. Couldn't find bar codes on the customer in front of me then struggled to find the barcode on my item then yelled out "f&%k" at the top of her lungs in her frustration. I guess you hire whoever walks off the streets in this store, literally.

  I've had great customer service for years from the staff. The store is well stocked and clean. This 7-11 is newer than a lot of others, and is well-maintained. Its location doesn't hurt, as it's situated by a Super Walmart, a small strip mall and other businesses, plus it's just west of 72nd and Sheridan if you want fuel.

  I've been going to this location 2 or 3 times a week for over 4 years now. For what ever reasons customer service has hit rock bottom. I feel like I need to apologize for walking in the door but after witnessing the degrading treatment towards a senior citizen by the young man that works in the evening It was the last straw! l will utilize another convince store.

  This morning very rude manager if you want to call her that. She sold me a defective electronic cigarettes and said that she was not responsible for it. I disagreed​with her and just want you all to know that they are responsible for all defective product. Please don't let her get away with that. They have to make the purchase right with you
