  The cashier "Polly" is a complete jerk. I was trying to load a 7 eleven prepaid card and because he has no knowledge of the products his company offers and doesn't know the fee for reloading a card he gets all crazy with me and tells me to calm down. Check it out bro...i don't need you. No one needs 7-11. That's why 711's are droppin like flies. Nobody needs attitude from you. Be grateful yoir privledged to live in this country and own a business. Do your job!

  Rude and racists people that work in this store microwave went out and he just threw his hands up in the air like it wasn't his problem

  I was at this store around 8:00 am. I was totally disrespect by the cashier. I purchased snacks w debit card and requested to get cash back. A twenty dollar bill. According to him, can not be done. Maybe a language barrier at this store. Never, never, never had this happen. Eventually got him to give me my money, that was debited from the bank.

  The day staff is amazing but the overnight shift guy is very is impersonalbe has zero personality and is very rude. He could us some social skills lastly he is very slow to even ring up customers he could benefit from some extra training. Not to mention there is no reason to lock the doors other than to do your night audit for 45 mins to an hour. Instead this guy locks the doors for two hours to stalk to cooler while me as a small petite girl has to sit outside in a crime filled neighborhood waiting for him to stalk to cooler when I know for a fact you shouldn't need to lock the doors for that. There is a bell in the cooler to alarm you that tells you when a customer has entered the store for piece sakes multitasking is not this guys strong point and again chose to leave a young female outside waiting outside in a high waiting outside. On another note your employee poll is an over and beyond amazing employee and deseevea to be recognized for his hard work and concern for your customers. Poll in my eyes deserves a weeks vacation with pay and full time benefits for example full coverage on health benefits and a raise because he is not only your strongest employee but an amazing co worker as well. He will come in everyday with no complaints. Poll is what truly the only reason I come in everyfay

  The day staff are very friendly but the night person can use some customer service training.
