::EVERYTIME i go inside the store they’re ALWAYS rude. The guy that attended me was on FaceTime or something sticking his tongue out to the person on the other end. Not exactly sure who hired this guy but don’t even bother coming to this location. The staff are so unprofessional. Not exactly sure how the owner would let uneducated people represent their store.

::Its new so its fairly clean. My complaint is the about the guy who works overnights. I have gone in 5 or 6 times in the last few weeks early in the AM about five o clock. Every time the guy is talking on the phone.He doesn't greet you when you come in. He keeps talking while he's ringing you up and does not say thank you when your done. He just keeps yakking on the phone in his own language quite loudly. I personally find this rude behavior. When you have customers you should be engaging with them. I am going back to the 7-11 on Chambers & Smith.

::Pretty upset about the fact that the guy that just checked me out not only demanded I get my service dog out, but was POINTING at the 'service dogs welcome' sign as his explanation. My dog is clearly labeled and outfitted in her uniform. I even repeatedly said "she is a service dog" to him, to which he ignored and talked over me. Then, he proceeded to ignore me after I put her in the car while checking me out and talking on the phone, laughing and rolling his eyes at me. Pretty disappointing.

::Experienced the BEST customer service ever in a 7-11! The male staff on duty today, Sunday, Dec. 31st (around 2'ish in the afternoon) was not only very professional in the manner he conducted himself but more importantly, was very polite in the way he communicated with all of us, customers. I know it is too much to expect courtesy nowadays but, when we, customers feel it, we not only appreciate it but also return the deed and keep patronizing your business. This is a new branch and therefore, very clean & well-stacked. Hope everything is maintained and does not change including the outstanding customer service.
