  I went in the store earlier today the attendant was so very rude. I was inquiring about rewards points and how to redeem. She scanned my rewards card which is linked to the app on my phone and was able to tell me how many points I have. I grabbed a big gulp and told her I'd like to purchase using my rewards points she said "I have to scan your phone" (which was dead at the time) I asked her "can I not redeem using my 7-eleven card?" She popped off with a real nasty attitude and said "I need to scan your phone!" I told her "my phone is dead, is it not possible to use this card? So what's the purpose of the card?" She replied "do you understand English? I have to scan your phone"... I'll never return to this location and will inform all my friends and family to just drive 0.1 miles up the street to the next 7-Eleven.

  The guy who is working right now at 9:47 just spit at me. Because i was asking for his name so i could call his manager. I will find out how do get him fired. Be careful very rude very dis respectful. I'm a mother of two and go to that store alot. Please help me figure out what his name is so i can make things right.

  If you like being treated like dirt come to this store. The cashier literally dialed 911 because he was frustrated with his life. Pathetic. Can't they make these things automated?

  Ok..they call police on me and I had lost my purses..n needed the phone they call police ...this store need too close down. Did not try too be helpful..

  Dirty, gross, rude and they dont even have water to fill up your water bottle. Nothing to clean machines and they don't use gloves.
