::Sometimes I do my own laundry here, sometimes I drop it off. It's always same day when you drop it off which I love and I find the prices to be fair. I've never had issues with machines not working when I do it on my way. My only complaint is that I've shown up once at 7am when they open and the employee didn't show up to open til 7:15...seems to be a rare occurance though.

::I used to use this laundromat when I lived in the area several years ago. I vaguely remember disliking it, but I didn't recall exactly why until I moved back to the hood about a month ago and started using it again. The machines don't all work, and they don't always post signs on them when they aren't working, which is a fun way to lose money and time as you watch your clothes go round and round with no water, and have to then put them in another machine (paying a second time). Why don't you ask the employees for help, you might ask. Good question. Unfortunately, such requests for assistance are likely to be met with a scowl and a reply that goes something like, "What do you want me to do? I'm not a mechanic." Not to mention the very unpleasant female employee who's been there from earlier days and mistreats the employees under her (bullying is an apt word to describe her treatment of them). I've complained about this place on 311 and would advise others to do so - it's the only way change can happen. This place has unfortunately been terrible for too many years - it's time for the neighborhood to speak out.

::Always dirty, floors never swept and machines never cleaned. Woman working is 24/7 cranky and the prices listed inside are incorrect. Do not recommend.
