  "Zero stars" Do not park here off hours or risk spending the night. Rental cars appeared after we parked and blocked us in. Coming out of a concert at 10pm on Sunday night and turned into a nightmare. I paid $12 online on SPOT HERO. I better get my money back.

  DON'T PARK HERE! They are scam artists! We reserved and paid for a spot. When we got back from our event, there were about 30 rental cars blocking us. The lot was jammed full. We have been stuck for 2 hours, and it has taken 10 phone calls to try to get a tow truck to move ALL of these cars so we can get out. Other people are stuck, too. THIS WILL TAKE HOURS. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. I work nights in a busy emergency room, and can't get to work.

  A horrible parking lot in a sketchy area (lots of homeless people, garbage everywhere, and urine smell from every corner). My car got broke into early evening on Christmas Eve., and I did not even leave any valuables inside it. AVOID this parking lot at any cost. The only good thing about it is the low fare.

  Rude. Drove in, had space, told me there was no space. I asked him if there was another lot close by, and he said he didn't know. I asked him nicely, and said I am sure there's something close by you may know. His response was in the negative. Funny enough, I found a lot 100ft, yes, 100ft up the street. And as I was walking back, he had just taken a car that came in after me to park.
