::《WARNING》《WARNING》 DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS EVER!!!!!! I gave in a suit for cleaning and they promised me it'll be ready the next day......now it's 2 days after and I'm still waiting for it, I hope I'll ever get it back!!! They have bad customer service!

::Horrible customer service and bad laundering service. I have been a loyal customer for over a year, i use them one a weekly basis. I picked up a shirt and there was a huge hole in and a huge stain. When i asked about it they said they didn’t do it and didn’t even apologize or offer to re-clean or fix. At least apologize!!! Plenty of other cleaners near by, do not go here!!!! Super lame.

::If you don’t care about your clothes. COME HERE! They burned the collar on my white blouse and tried to convince me that I brought it in that way. After a few days of back and forth they kept it to discuss with management. When I came to pick it up they had painted white the burnt spots! Of course they denied it. They must have gnomes that come out at night and do it. Amazing.

::Worst dry clean service I have ever had. I sent 3 dry clean and one alteration pant in the morning, and I got all items back in the evening at same day. But they sent back the UNDONE alteration pant( still with the red tag and pin on it). I was so angry, because I specify tell them how I want the pant to be hem, but they just don't care and sent back with UNDONE alteration. I called them ask for refund. They said they don't understand me and wants me bring back to show them. I went back with the undone alteration pant and asked refund for that item. They want me to go back another day because the manager is not there. I was so pissed off. Finally they put manager on the phone to refund, but they didn't feel sorry about that. Its a careless customer service. I won't go back again!!

::DO NOT USE These guys! We tried the Grand Street location twice... both times they were terrible and the manager is a complete joke! The staff could care less and they know zero about laundry or even where the items are actually washed. Try state free pick up & delivery but they'll have you waiting 2+ hours for them. The burned my husbands Hugo Boss shirt from our wedding with an iron that was way too hot and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a call back from upper management. I could go on and on but clearly they don't give a s**t about returning customers and I would love to talk to the owner- but hey, again the employees have no idea who that is! This place should go out of business and I've let all my neighbors know... they agree as well! Terrible terrible place!!!!
