  Very friendly service. Wish 5.11 would carry more shirts that represent the state/city they are in or near. Selection is scarce and I like to collect them from any 5.11 store I visit throughout the US. This store does have a lot of items to choose from. If it wasn’t for the 5.11 sign I saw from the highway I wouldn’t have known it was there.

  An excellent experience. The staff was helpful, without being pushy and very knowledgeable. The only question I have is why put the store in such a crappy part of town?

  Order Placed on November 20, 2017. Received email from CEO on December 18, 2017 stating: "If you placed an order on or before December 8, we are committed to getting your order delivered in time for Christmas." Just called and yet again advised that order has not shipped and "we didn't guarantee Christmas delivery"... While technically I will agree, no contract said by Christmas, but it is very reasonable to expect delivery by Christmas from a month before with no items showing backordered. As Such I tried to cancel the order so I could buy something else for a gift as they refused. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to Voicemail. This company used to be impressive, now it's impressively bad.

  Went by there on my way home walked in and proceeded to wander around the store. Looked through the shoes, shirts backpacks, pants, jackets 20 minutes or more. During that entire time there were 2 employees were at the cash and wrap and a 3rd going in and out of the back room. I was the only customer in the store and during the entire 20 minutes looking through the backpacks, shoes, pants and jackets, during the entire time not one of the employees acknowledged my presence or asked me if they could help find a size or anything. Nothing, they just stood at the cash register at the center of the store chatting amongst themselves. When I was walking out the door one of them said have a nice day as if to rub it in my face, that they knew I was there, and intentionally ignored me. The only reason they got 2 stars was because the store was filled with 5.11 product and it well displayed and clean and tidy. This store is located in a horrible part of town in a run down strip mall. Why put a store with expensive 5.11 product there is beyond reason but that is where it is.
