  Renting now and looking to purchase. Well maintained building throughout. Very clean and secure.

  One of the building is very dated has a bowling alley style carpet. Noisy neighbors, other then that it is a nice concept.

  This building is an excellent choice! The layouts are well-distributed, all of the amenities are well-kept (and there are a lot of them), the views are spectacular and the management office has great followup.

  My son lives in the apartments at 500 Brickell. The units are nice & pretty spacious. The pool area & the roof area are beautiful. There is always someone at the front desk. The front entry is inviting.
