::Very helpful place, great selections. ... however the temperature is in the teens and I live very far from the liquor store. They don't have a car to deliver wines and the poor guy WALKED to deliver. Not very humane. Had I known, I would have ordered elsewhere. I think they should inform people that the delivery will be on foot. Maybe I care too much but I'm sure no one reading this would want to be treated in this manner.

::I was looking for viniq and hpnotiq for some upcoming events. They have all 3 flavours of the viniq. They also have midori and cool little pre made shots at the counter if u r into that. They don’t have Pernod, kübler, or lucid absinthe but they have all me other harder to find treats. I can find the Pernod and kübler elsewhere in Queens. They are also very nice and helpful. I will be back. They make a person who is still a bit nervous about buying alcoholic imbibables more at ease and not feel seedy.

::I throw parties 3 nights a week and I buy LOTS of liquor weekly. Just started a new job 1 mile away from 5 star and read good reviews about them so I was looking forward to establishing a good working relationship with them. That was ruined the very first time I bought from them. They were very helpful as they watched me grab 6 bottles from the shelf to buy. But in my haste I grabbed .750 ml bottles instead of 1l bottles but I was already at the club when I realized I grabbed the wrong bottles, so I ran over to another liquor store not too far from the club to get the correct sized bottles. Went back to 5 star the next day to return the bottles I can't use and that's when things went South. The receipt clearly states 10% restocking fee which I don't have a problem with. But the clerk looked at me and told me store credit only. I don't mind store credit since I planned on shopping there often, but my concern was that that is not what was printed on the receipt, so I asked the clerk to clarify. He then said he doesn't have the authority to give me that much money back. I asked so is the policy no refunds or 10% restocking fee? He didn't have an answer. He fumbled with his phone for about 2 minutes saying he was calling his manager. I had enough. I said forget it. I don't want the store credit, I just exchanged the bottles for the right size and paid the difference.... I won't be going back there. Way to go guys! Great customer service! You just lost out on $3,500 weekly over a $260 refund!
