  Absolute worst experience I have ever had buying something . I have been getting the runaround for a week now when I paid for expedited shipping which should have taken two days . The customer service they are continually says my package will be shipped the next day but every single day it’s the exact same answer . If I would’ve known it would’ve been this much of a headache I would’ve just gone to Best Buy or Amazon a more reliable source which will probably take this company out of business in the near future .

  47th Street photo has lost a longtime costumer. Was sent a bad lens with major quality control issues which caused me a major inconvenience to a trip I was planning and 47th street photo didn't even try to show a costumer that they care.

  Do not recommend buying anything from this store. Very poor customer service - first, they made a mistake with the order and then it was impossible to resolve it for weeks. No accountability and never-ending back-and-forth communication.

  I received excellent service from 47 St. Photo in a recent Christmas gift purchase. My son asked me to return the GoPro camera I purchased from them as he had his heart set on another GoPro camera. They have a 30 day return policy, but were gracious enough to extend it for me past the 30 days and allowed me to return it for a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs. I would highly recommend them and plan to check them out before buying any electronics and other things they sell. I am very impressed with their customer orientated service.

  Despite the fact that I requested through Amazon Prime and use to the level of administration they give. I should state that 47th Street Photo has surpassed that standard by a mile. The quick delivering is a reward , however the follow-up amid and after request fruition is second to none. Their partner David set aside the opportunity to call me to guarantee that I was content with my new 500 mm Lens and to check whether help was required with its operation and capacity. Much obliged Guy's keep doing awesome.
