  Service could use improvement but they do a good job if your getting a pedicure I would recommend Christina

  I drive a little over a hour to have a friendly and relaxing experience. The professional staff are always delighted to see me !

  I never write a review or even have a really serious problem at any place of business until today😔 now don't get me wrong I have came here and it would be the customer with the mouth or get upset and say I'll never come here again and these are regular customers that come to this place a lot saying this. I been going here since I moved to Poughkeepsie since April and they actually do nice nails "will" the lady at the front desk next to the register to be more Precise the orders wife. Now I understand people having bad days but how she was acting towards me because I was talking to myself about a color on how I should have did a different color but I'll keep these until my next filling . She completely went off like , I don't like customers like you, you don't have to come back here and as she saying that I was like what did I say wrong I'm lost 🤔 I didn't say I didn't like the nails, I didn't say can you change color all I said was I should have did a different color 😂🤔 so what's the problem?? Then she say I hate you customers that complain then said if you don't like you don't have to come back 🤔 now remember I never said I didn't like ... I was saying out loud to myself about the color then she says will keep it to yourself and don't say it out loud 🤔🤔🤔 now was I rude or was she ?? The morrow to this review is she needs to work more on her customer service skills and learn to be polite & not rude like that ‼️ I never knew having your own opinion was a problem
