::Please be aware that they close earlier than 11pm. The last wash is at 9pm. Then they say they are open only to clean up and wash for the drop-off service. I've never been to a laundromat where the last wash is 2 hours before their advertised closing time. There is not adequate signage about this at the laundromat, either. Otherwise, a decent place. Clean with lots of machines. One time when a machine didn't work, they paid for me to use another machine. Staff is polite but not particularly helpful.

::Go there weekly to-do my laundry, it recently took over new owners and they are very nice and courtious, the place is very big and comfortable.

::Every time I come here there is a problem. I just spent 4-5 dryer cycles on a towel and was told that it was still wet because its heavy. EVEN though all my other towels, jeans, comforters, blankets, ALL my laundry was already dry. NOT only would she NOT acknowledge that the machine was broken and just add the time I spent onto another machine but she allowed other people to get scammed by that machine. Didn't even bother putting up a sign. I had to warn others not to use a machine or they would have lost money too,

::Lady said that I would be okay with picking my clothes up in time after she helped me put money in the dryers. I walked back to the laundromat and she had closed down! I have no clothes or anything for work tonight. This is terrible service.

::It's a decent laundromat. I like the fact that it uses its proprietary card-based system that you can refill with cash. I'm sure most of you would know what a pain getting quarters is. One of the staff members were rather rude when we had a question, though we haven't seen her since. When we accidentally left our detergent behind, I was amazed it was still there when we remembered about it one week later.
