  2 stars for really good hookah and an awesome chill vibe. But unfortunately customer service wasn't the best. A third friend literally sat for like 3 seconds to find out they don't serve food. He left even before the hookah came out. When the time came to pay at the counter, they still charged a seating fee even though the friend was never there. So watch out for strict seating fees.

  Nice place. Some of the worker could use more customer service training. Over still a good place to go with friends.

  I was here on a biz trip. Tried every place in town and this is by far the best hookah I had. The bowls are made with love, custom made! Great atmosphere. Super friendly owners.

  I have been to many hookah places in San Jose and out of state. This is by far the best hookah I have ever had. The flavor lasts for hours and I have yet to experience any burn in the bowl. The selection is vast and the flavors are great. There's various food and drink to enjoy with your hookah. Drop any other hookah place that you're going to and visit this establishment!!!! The staff is friendly and all equipment and furniture is new and well maintained.
