  Attendant did $773 worth of damage to the GPS antenna, roof, and roof rack while driving my SUV out of the lot. Luckily I witnessed it and was assured that I would be reimbursed after completing their paperwork. After weeks of attempting to contact the management via phone and email I had to involve the Department of Consumer Affairs. Then, they agreed to contribute $200 toward the repair.

  be aware of their cancellation rule. it has to be 30 days written notice. They won't remind you such thing. It is like rob money. Attendant there is nice, but it can take really really long time to pick up the car, do not recommend here.
