  I just purchased a 2016 Ford Transit 350XLT from Clifton and the 360 Smart Car team and am extremely happy with the overall experience! I live about 4 hours away and purchased the vehicle site unseen based on the pictures they provided and the straightforward conversation I had with Clifton beforehand. The Transit was probably in better condition than they described and is the perfect vehicle for my family! It can be unnerving to purchase a vehicle without "kicking the tires" but Clifton made it low stress and easy. Thanks guys, you rock!

  I was approved for a car loan immediately. I love the car I found there, it's awesome. It was very hard to find this car, it's exactly what I wanted. I got a fair price on it and on my trade in. After that, the paperwork should have been handled smoothly. Unfortunately, it took a month to pay off my trade in, so I had to make another payment on it and then the first payment of my new car 2 weeks later. It has taken a month and a half to get the tag, which isn't a horrific amount of time, but they screwed up paying for it and the tag office called me. I almost had to pay over $700 to get it done myself (they same day as my first car payment, ouch). They had a finance manager that was incredibly bad. I made a bad Google review and now they are fixing it, and I'm glad they are, but I never should have had this much trouble. If that finance manager got a commission from this sale, above his regular salary, it should be taken away from him, because it went through in spite of him, not because of him. I bought 4 cars in the last 2 years. If I do go back there, I will only work with Tucker, who is great, and Amanda, who got everything fixed. Hopefully, my tag will be in the mail in a few days.

  Such an amazing team! We booked an appointment with Tucker and as we got there we were immediately greeted with such nice people promptly assisting us. Tucker was so great and patient with us since this was my first time purchasing a car. I told him exactly what I wanted and gave us great financial advice to get us in the right direction. Everyone needs to come to Tucker & his 360 family! Defiantly a blessing.

  This dealership is so professional, caring and like no other. I was very stressed out about purchasing a new vehicle. I, of course, was trying to find the best deal and the best quality for my hard earned money. Let me tell you I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere or anyone without checking here first. I understand it is a business and they need to make money, and they understood I was a person, not a number, trying to save. I drove 7.5 hours to meet Leon at 360 Smart Car because he was so kind from the beginning! They had the perfect car at a decent price, but told me to come in and we would make something work for both of us. From the second I drove up, I was greeted like family from everyone at the dealership from the managers, salesman to service. They never attempted to pressure me into anything... I cannot say thank you enough to Leon or his team!! I am still in awe of how wonderful they were. Keep up the good work!!

  My experience with 360 smart car has been absolutely amazing. This is my second car I’ve purchased from this location. The customer service you receive is outstanding. I definitely would suggest coming by and get serviced by Tucker! He’s made my experience a lot easier then most car dealerships. Your in and out! No need to spend hours in a dealership. Thanks to him I’m walking out with the car of my dreams! Thanks Tucker!
