  Very large store, they process a lot of donations, so there's something new to find daily. This place is always raided on the weekends, so best get there during the week.

  This is a pretty large Goodwill, so there is a wide selection of everything. As with many Goodwills, sometimes the store is messy when busy, but given the prices of the items, it's acceptable. The best time to go in terms of pricing is every other Saturday when everything is 50% off.

  I frequent this Goodwill as well as the one that is located at 16th Street & Indian School Road. Employees at both stores have a distinct edginess when closing time approaches. They will make overhead announcements on a continual basis starting at 30 minutes prior to closing. In addition, they will perform closing duties without asking the customers that remain at the store if they need any help. When the actual closing time happens, there is usually one or two lines of two to three customers. November 9, 2017 I arrived at the entrance to this store because I had seen an ottoman earlier in the day and was returning not to shop but to simply purchase this one item. When I tried to enter at 9:45 p.m. the sliding glass doors were turned off and when I asked if they were closed the Goodwill employee who opened and exited said to me they "we're closing". I didn't accept that as "we are closed" and I knew exactly what time it was so I proceeded to the furniture area to get the ottoman. It was not in the location that it had been earlier in the day so I proceeded to look around the furniture section only. By the time I had determined it was sold, I started to head to the front and they turned off the overhead lights leaving only the emergency 24/7 lights on. This was the first I had experienced this at any retail store. It was actually a safety hazard as I was not the only customer that was still in the store. This safety issue needs to be addressed by Goodwill Industries management as it could have resulted in many negative outcomes for those customers still in the store.

  One star for the fact that I have found some cool t-shirts and kitchen items here. 0 stars for the staff. They are not helpful and in many cases rude and standoffish. I had a horrible experience where I came back to return something and the woman who attended me was practically accusing me of theft. There are also way too many low lives hanging around there and it's scary. Boooo!!! You guys really suck.
