::Despite being delayed by traffic, we received exceptional treatment during our visit. The cuisine surpassed our expectations, as the halibut and chicken dishes were remarkably delicious, fresh, and truly outstanding. We also couldn't resist indulging in the heavenly tiramisu and panna cotta, which were absolutely to die for. This resulted in an incredibly satisfying dining experience. We highly recommend it.

::Great experience. The staff was awesome. The atmosphere was perfect for date night before going to the theater. The food was exceptional. I definitely recommend pasta. It was light and delicious. Dessert stole the show.

::The experience we had at 312 was beyond incredible. It's difficult to express in words. As a restaurateur, I understand the immense effort required to pay attention to every detail of the dining experience, and I must say Craig and his team have done a wonderful job. Right from the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere (rare in Chicago). The menu was a delightful surprise, catering to every taste bud and craving. I heard the chef is from Italy, and I could taste the love he put into every dish, making it an unforgettable culinary experience. It was an absolute honor to dine at this wonderful establishment, and we can not thank them enough for providing us with such an exceptional experience. By the way, you must try the Panna cota!!!!!!

::The food was excellent and the service was good. My partner and I visited the place for breakfast and enjoyed it very much, especially the lemon ricotta pancakes which were outstanding. Additionally, my avocado toast was skillfully prepared and had a great taste. Impressed with the quality of the food, I made a reservation for a business lunch, and all my guests were pleased with the beautifully arranged and delectable dishes.

::New owners & new chef and oh my, amazing food! The staff is on point and the atmosphere is luxurious without feeling too stuffy. They are currently doing breakfast, lunch, and brunch on the weekends, so looking forward to seeing what this chef brings to the table once they get back to doing dinners.
