  My visit was a little on the non professional side as I was left alone in the office for a while and was asked if I needed something else by another person other than who I was speaking with. The two individuals that greeted me at the door and the desk were very friendly.

  I want to give a very special kudos and two thumbs up to the entire Equity Residential team especially Mr. Dale, Mrs. Diane, Ms. Shanna, Ms. Angie, Mr. Robert the front desk attendants and concierge as well as the entire maintenance team. You guys are awesome. Very polite, courteous and professional. Thank you all for expediting our entire move in process from start to finish. All of you are truly worthy of the 5 five star service award a I will highly recommend you guys to all my family, friends associates and colleagues. My Fiance Shawn is so pleased and she too gives you guys Kudos and a two thumbs up with bold 5 five star rating. May God continue to guide, cover and bless you all.

  I have gone through different managements, I will say this one is the best. The staff are so courteous, and very efficient. They are always there to help.

  I recently was looking for an apartment and after carefully researching I decided to go with 3003 Van Ness Apartments. I was relocating from another state and the move was sort of abrupt so time was not on my side, I reached out to 3003 Van Ness apartments and spoke with Avis who was so patient and helpful with all my questions regarding the studio home before I decided to submit my application. When I arrived Avis was not available however a leasing consultant named Dale helped me out with completing everything and provided me with an official tour of the community. The day after my move I had some questions about the apartment and went to the Concierge where I met a service technician John who was extremely helpful. After meeting the staff here thus far I can say that I am pleased with my choice. The apartment is great and I am close to everything. Five Stars to 3003 Van Ness Apartments!

  I have been in this apartment for about a year and I am so proud of the management and staff. The maintenance team is so prompt and efficient.
