Update 5/16. Decreased from 3 to 1.5 stars because of poor management in closing our lease and poor financial management. Really really disappointed in management. We are moving out in May at the end of our 12 month lease. If not for our awesome building mates, we would’ve not made it to the full lease. PROS: -awesome community of dog lovers -no breed discrimination -location, location, location (15 minutes or less from everywhere) -nice color scheme (modern themed monochromatic) -salt water pool (when open...seemed like it was only open 6 weeks or so) -management was friendly enough -they didn’t give me any flak about the punching bag I installed :)) -we had many memorable experiences with our neighbors and good times to look back on CONS: -issues such as broken handles of cabinet doors, peeling paint in bathtub, and broken HVAC unit cover was still not addressed although these issues were brought up in the move in assessment that we completed. -moldy bathroom ceilings. Pipes are bad. Constantly leaking water to our ceiling. It leaks and mold grows. The solution for the first 2 times was anti mold paint. Then they replaced the ceiling. Then the next time it happened they painted over it again. I wish they would just invest in a renovation. -refrigerator went out a total of 3 times (once due to a bad fridge and the other two times due to faulty electrical issues) -HVAC issues still unresolved (sidenote to this...maintenance actually blamed me for having my own AC unit because the AC was not adequate in cooling the floor. AC is still not fixed till now. They again blamed me when the heat did not work in December, saying the window AC unit was leaking all the hot air outside. Then they messed around a bit with the unit and miraculously it started working, but they STILL blamed me). -because of all our maintenance issues, it seems like we were gossiped about. It was completely unprofessional that they would come into our temporary home with the “here we go again” attitude. We don’t want you there as much as you don’t want to be there. -owners don’t pick up after their pets despite adequate trash bag receptacles only a few meters from each apartment. I understand if you want to take your dogs to the back cuz that’s free reign, in my opinion, but to leave poop in my front yard. Come on now. -yea the pet park is a joke. Covered in feces. It’s not even dirt anymore, it’s poop. -people would double park even if it wasn’t a parking space (this made it hard to get out at times) -shady neighborhoods in the back. Police always driving through the property. Wasn’t the biggest issue though. -increasing costs with nothing to show for it. Overall, I felt like we were great tenants. We always always paid on time. Not one late charge. Also, we helped as much as possible clean our living space. I would pick up trash, glass, and items that were placed to the side of the trash cans. I’ve long since stopped because it seemed a fruitless cause when it would constantly happen. I can’t change people and I’m not a maid. We were also involved in a few community activities so it’s not like we didn’t attempt to play nice. This community has so much potential. A ridiculous amount of potential actually. If they invested in their tenants and property a bit more instead of putting band aids on major issues, that would put them over average. They try to add costs to gentrify the community but all it does is make the solid renters leave because the costs do not justify the return. Listen to the people. Hold meetings where members of the community can voice their complaints. Make the customer happy and they will stay. They will recommend you. Refuse to improve yourself and you will continue to have one lease tenants spouting off about how horrible it was to live here. My overall rating would be 1.5 stars. Not the worst but hey, I have running water haha. I hope the best for the management and the community. I would like to look back and say, “Hey! I lived there” with pride instead of “Yeap, I know all about them. Guess they haven’t changed”.

I don't know if it's the particular leasing agent that I was paired with, but our experience with 3 Points has been amazing. Our questions were always answered promptly, and any mistakes that were made with our paperwork were fixed immediately. It's been a really pleasant experience in comparison to the first people that we were leasing from.

Imagine something bad, like really bad! ok #1 Cockroach Disneyland, now that doesn’t bother me too much, once you make peace with them, you will all become close, you will get to have dinner together, and one point they will also have shower with you, so get comfortable. #2) Now, that’s a Biggy, if something goes wrong with your unit, I suggest you to pray for help, because they won’t. Week 1 they will say “ yes, sure we got you” Week 2 they will say ““ We are busy but we got you” Week 3 “We are behind but we got you” Week 4 “ Look Sir, it’s not only you that needs something fix” Week 5 “You are here writing a review” at this point they don’t answer your emails and if you call they talk to you like if you were 5 years old 

The maintenance dept lead by Barrington at Presidential Apts always do an awesome job when I request their service. They are professional, thorough and always kind. Barrington is doing a great job as manager in my opinion. With the great maintenance it make Presidential Apts a great place to live.

DO NOT move into anywhere managed by this group if you are a single woman. You might find yourself getting home at night to maintence keys left in your door and your power being off. Or the maintenance man taking your black out blinds, or your water being shut off with no warning in the middle of a shower. This has been the worst living situation I have ever had. And Nic the "manager" will not respond or just pass you off to someone else in the office. I moved in June and will be moving out today before the peeping maintenance have another chance to mess with my things.
