  This place is wonderful and so are Kay and Elaine! They’re both knowledgeable and really help you to understand Yoga and Pilates and pay attention to see if you’re doing everything right—which is what I need the most. I also must say that I love the cardio class and Ceci! What a workout you get with her!! :) It’s only been two weeks since I started but beacuse I’m on the unlimited monthly package, I can already see the difference! So lucky to have them right here in Jackson Heights!

  Elaine was one of my favorite teachers back when I took classes in Manhattan—down to earth, kind, and able to craft thoughtful sequences of poses. Ten years later, she’s opened a studio in my neighborhood. How lucky am I? This place is great.
