  This is one of the busiest gyms! It’s all one floor. I recommend morning or early afternoon if you’re impatient and or crunched for time. Evenings are killer when it comes time to trying to get a machine or a bench. A lot of meatheads and women on their phone relaxing taking up machines.

  I used to go here about 4 years ago, would switch between here and Lowry for a change of scenery. I since moved to LA (where every 24 is dirty and I almost cancelled my membership completely) and then back to Denver. I was living down in highlands ranch and the gym on County Line and Quebec is immaculate, nice staff, towel service. **This gym on the other hand is pretty filthy, bathrooms are gross, no towel service. It needed a facelift 4 years ago and I was fingers crossing that it had had one. Nope, same old place. Still a decent gym but for my month fee I’m pretty bummed it’s not like the County Line location. That one was more than worth it. This one is more like the LA gyms. Dirty and outdated.

  The staff is iffy, as they only sometimes look up to greet you. It's pretty busy with the more hardcore gym goers ( which can be a plus or negative). The real downer is how poorly kept the place is. The machines are never detailed or maintained ( like a coat of paint or replacing for a newer piece of equipment), and the place itself could use a facelift.

  Deal was 30$ down, 5 day trial, and if I don’t like it get the 30$ back no problems. I tried It once, it was too grimy for me. Bare foot in the locker room was unpleasant, plus you have to bring your own towel. I cancelled. Signed up elsewhere. Two weeks later 80$ comes out of my account, I call back, get attitude on the phone off a guy when I asked for a refund of now two charges, said he will try find out what happened. I called back, guy said sorry it must have not cancelled, he will cancel again, and refund. I said thanks. I got the refund for the lot. Yesterday, another monthly charge. 30$ Absolute waste of time. Feels like they are just trying to wear You down until you just say F It. Take my Money. If you want a semi dirty gym with over the phone. And a ball ache to cancel. This is the one.

  I went there. Once I finished the personal training. They threw me out. I reached my goal. 100 lbs weight loss. I tried to go back later. They told me I was no longer an asset to the business.
