  I asked for the cancellation last year because I wanted to move to a different Gym, and they agreed to do it. Turns out they “froze” my account instead of cancelling it without letting me know.... They didn’t even send a confirmation mail for this. I found this out when they charged me for 2 months worth of subscription recently. I talked to them about this and apparently it’s my fault for “freezing” my account even though I never asked for this. They said in order to cancel my subscription, i have to pay what’s over due. I got tired of this bull sht so I just paid the money and left. If you are planning to cancel your membership, watch out for this dirty trick. They are very desperate for money.

  It’s different. Not crazy about the Pyramid steps for back entry. You’re not allowed to enter thru the front doors. Pretty clean. Some staff not well not informed. “Do you have recumbent bikes? Staffer: I don’t know, hold on, let me check.”👀

  Worst customer service because of Alma (operation manager). Rude and not taking responsibility for her mistake

  Despite this gym having been here for a few years, things are in very good condition, and the gym is clean. The temperature is kept at a comfortable cool with little to no humidity ever. The pool does not reek of chlorine and is cleaned regularly enough that you can't even tell it's about to be cleaned. Some people like that the steam room is located inside the locker room, in the shower area. And that the location keeps a good variety of machines, weights, and functional exercise equipment. I think the best part of this gym is the people that work there. So unbelievably kind and friendly. It surprises me every time. I especially love seeing how friendly they are to the elderly Korean population -- including my parents. I love that I don't have to worry about my parents being treated differently for not speaking fluent English or looking different here. The employees actually know their names and ALWAYS take the time to say hello and make everyone feel welcome. This breeds a community gym, and it says something great about the person that hires and trains the employees here.

  The club agreed to a rate and still charged the wrong price. When I was approached by the manager of the club she did not listen and had terrible customer skills. I am 57 years old and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in a business. I was a member for 2 years and the manager did not care. At the he end of the poor customer service discussion I canceled by contract and my wife’s contract. My son and daughter and my cousin will cancel their contract now. That will be a total of 6 contracts due to bad customer service. I have been involved in customer service with cancer patients,hospitals and military for 35 years. I enjoy working with young managers but it takes training to grow them into leaders.
