    I highly recommend John. He was incredibly responsive, professional, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. I reached out to John and he was quick to call me back. He asked questions to better understand what was needed, and clearly outlined what would be necessary to do to get the job done. His passion for his work, and his deep expertise, were immediately apparent, and he was even kind enough to spend time brainstorming solutions to other home repair needs that I had, one of which he even described (step by step!) how I could fix it myself for a fraction of the cost! I will not hesitate to call him again for any future needs.

    I first called 24/7 Home Repair about 5 years ago when I realized that my doorbell was no longer working. Carlo was so nice on the phone, and came by my apartment shortly after our conversation. He quickly saw that the old bell was broken, and installed a new doorbell in less than an hour. He was both courteous and professional, and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. Following this positive experience, I have continued to call 24/7 for all of my home repairs, and over the past few years Carlo has fixed 2 sliding doors, installed new fans in all of my bathrooms, and a number of other projects. I always recommend Carlo to my friends and family, and absolutely recommend 24/7 to anyone in need of household repairs or renovations! Five Stars!!

    I called this service three weeks ago for two TV installation , Carlo came by himself , finish first small TV at living room for floor standing TV , When he continue second 50'' TV for bed room , He fund TV screen was broken . We scheduled he came back in weekend after I get a new TV . I paid him with cash $100 for a hour work , ( his fee is $75/h), he did have change $25 to me , I said it is ok it rolling over next TV installation job . But , when the schedule time came , he did show up at my place , he did call for cancellation or explanation. I keep calling him for a few days but he finally text me in 4 days make a explaining he was in hospital! He ask me wait for his service in a week he can do it . I waited another week , When the schedule time came again , he did not show up and no phone call either ! I try to call him , never answer my phone . Actually , this first time I have online service this bad .

    Called the owner Carlo up for a new over-the-range microwave installation. His price was reasonable, however they clearly lack the experience of installing new microwaves. In their first attempt they didn't mount the microwave properly as a result of carelessness, only one side was mounted to the wall, the other side was completely unmounted, the whole microwave was slanting. So I had to call them and ask them to come back and fix it. They were reluctant but did end up coming back to fix it free of charge. Shortly after that I started to notice that the microwave vent fan is hardly drawing any air, even though you can hear the fan is running. After some investigation I was able to pinpoint that something about the fan wasn't installed properly. So I had to ask them to come back for the third time. This time they were more reluctant than before and told me they cannot come in two weeks and there will be a service charge. I had enough of them and decided to just fix it myself. After I took down the microwave and inspected the fan that's when I realized how bad of a job they really did. First they put the fan in the wrong direction, it was facing downward rather than backward of the microwave. Second they didn't remove the two pieces of metal on the back of the microwave that cover the fan. So the fan was blowing air into itself all this time! I cannot imagine how much damage this would cause to my microwave if I continued using the fan like that. I was extremely unsatisfied with their service and would not recommend anyone to hire them for microwave installation or even anything.
