  Good building in a great location. Friendly concierge staff. Quick and reliable maintenance crew (not that I needed to call them a lot). I moved here two years ago from another Equity property and the transfer was easy. The apartment itself is nice and perfect for my teleworking job as it came with a study for my home office. The only reason I'm leaving is because my rent is getting a bit too high and I want to save some money and unfortunately a smaller unit wasn't available when I wanted to move. But what do you expect when you in the heart of Arlington across the street from a Metro station? (Seriously, you can't beat the location.) If you can afford it, it's a good place to call home.

  I have been beyond pleased with my experience at 2201. The location is perfect, being directly across from the metro, but this is only the icing on the cake. The building decor is modern and inviting, and the amenities are top notch. The units are very large and provide for a lot of space, storage and closet space. The staff is always friendly and accommodating which is a breath of fresh air when dealing with property management. I would recommend the building to any friend or family member.

  Move-in was easy, and the entire staff is really friendly. There were a few really small things we wanted maintenance to come fix when we moved in, and they came the same day. It's a great time to move in, since construction next-door is wrapping up, and this building is re-doing all of the hallways, so it'll be super fancy :)
