  They always have my cloths ready at the specified time. Always come back clean. Not too much interaction, say hi tell them what you need and done.

  I don't have anything good to say about this place, unfortunately. First of all, the guy who works at the front desk is always so unpleasant. He is rude, cold, very unfriendly and looks sad all the time. I don't think he wants to be there. He doesn't make you feel like you're one of his valued customers. I only go there when I have no choice. I usually take my expensive suits to a dry cleaner in midtown because I don't trust this place. They ruined one of my dress shirts last year. Sadly, this is the only dry cleaners near me.

  They told me it was going to take an additional day to do my clothes didn't argue with that, Then the additional day went by in fact I didn't even show up that day I showed up the next day and it still wasn't ready they told me to come back in one hour, it is blatantly obvious, they don't care about their customers. This is the last time I'm coming back. I have things I have to do I can't be waiting hand-and-foot 4 someone to do their job "correctly" whenever they are ready.
