::I was so rattled after getting into an accident and was dreading the process that followed. Little did I know how easy and comforting it would be at 1st Choice. They handled me, my car and everything else with care from the minute I called from the accident scene. They arranged the tow truck, a rental car (moving my car seats), and connected with my insurance company. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and up to date on when my car would be ready. I didn't have to call and be annoying. I recently went back, months later, for a noise I was hearing and my car was taken care of that day. I don't even think it was a problem with their work, likely from a recent tire rotation, but they still helped me and at no cost. They are professional, funny when needed, honest (which is so important) and super easy to work with. I can't thank them enough for being there for me.
