  We arrived at around 4pm on Sunday for dinner. It was empty so we sat by some tables and our waitress stopped by and gave us our drink menus. We asked about their Sunday special which was an Elmo's Coke, Sliders, and Crème Brulee for $30 dollars. She mentioned that it was a special menu and did not give us copies of a menu. We went down the line and specifically ordered the special along with some Shrimp appetizers. We got our drinks and appetizers but after an hour and a half we did not get our food. We flagged down the waitress and she said that she did not put our orders in. She told us that WE misunderstood and that we, as customers, were supposed to flag her down and tell her to put our orders in even though we placed it in the beginning. We had to cancel our order so we can make it to the concert. She just gave us our check without splitting it out and left our table. She did not apologize to us at all and told all of us that we "misunderstood how things were done here." Later that night, we called the manager and he had the same attitude. He blamed us for the misunderstanding and asked us "So what do you want us to do?" All we wanted was an apology.

  Awesome place to hang out with friends. Richard and the whole staff are wonderful And so accommodating! We love being there.
