::Don't move here, you can get a lot more for the price. You'll regret it No amenities, almost no parking and you'll pay 150 a month if you can get a spot. I've had friends who had their cars vanalized while parked on the street. Because the building is not far from the homeless shelter and soup kitchen, and just a couple block from a homeless encapment. There's a constant flow of homeless around the complex. It's not uncommon to see human excrement on the side walk around the building. It's common for the homeless spread trash, broken glass, etc at the front entrance while digging through the trash. Also, it's very common for the homeless to sleep in front of the storage garage doors, next to the building, behind the dumpster, or passed out on the side walk. I never let any female friends walk to their car from the building alone and definitely not a good area for children. I have lived there 3 years and I've notice that it standard procedure to tack on 75 each year to their leases. It's to the point know, that the rent will be much more than what's provided. The interior is pretty much all Ikea, not great quality and breaks Often. The management was pretty much non-existent but friendly, until recently. The new Community Manager A (for short) is incredibly rude. I feel like I'm at the DMV when dealing with the management. The insulting and threating attitude I've experienced from management, after 3 years, is unacceptable. I will be gone when my lease is up.
