  I reserved parking through an app and still got a ticket for 75 bucks. ALL listed numbers to call customer service are dead or lead to a machine that gives you a web site to email but they never responded. They still want me to pay the 75 bucks. Do not park there!

  Don't park here unless you are ok with getting ripped off. If the machine is malfunctioning or charging the wrong amount, there is not a way for you to resolve the issue. I parked there for my mother's 75th birthday party. The nightly charge was still set to the New Years rate of $25. We called the number on the machine and they stated the machine needed to be reset. I tried both machines multiple times, both wanted $25. So I attempted to put in the 2 hour rate. The machine just spit out a 1 hour ticket each time. The sign clearly states that overnight parking is $12. Now they want me to pay $75.
