  Try opening at a normal hour, when people need to use the building.

  It's quiet and clean

  Decent library but pretty small. There were definitely more people than places to sit and many people using WiFi or reading while sitting on the carpet floor. Not a great book selection either but everyone was very nice so that made a difference.
