  I left my brand new AudiQ5 here for the weekend. When I came back to get it...the entire engine was blown. My new Audi needed a completely new engine after it's short stay here...somehow they got it on the lift to bring it up to street level and said it stopped when it was there? Very defensive and rude when asked about why my car wasn't starting...safe to say should have listened to the reviews!!

  One of the staff members inside was rude. While waiting for my Zipcar to get pulled he asked me to wait outside in the freezing cold. I was just standing there not bothering anyone. I waited on the sidewalk for more than 10 minutes. When there are literally half a dozen Zipcar locations in a two block radius, maybe being rude isn’t the best idea...

  Do not park here, whatever you do. Got a second parking ticket notice in the mail from the night we parked here. First ticket, which we never saw, was because they moved our car out on to the street... and never told us about the violation. Thanks guys! The only nice thing I’ll say is that after a week of back and forth with the manager and threats to take them to small claims court, they paid the ticket for us. If you want a parking ticket too, then you should park here.

  Place sucks! Make sure u leave your keys, I walked off with my key faub never thought of and was never reminded to leave it. Cost me $35 to park and $25 because no key. They took no responsibility foe asking when this is what they do everyday money making scheme if u ask me

  Would give no stars if possible. Parked my car here overnight. Dropped it off to a rude employee who just threw a ticket at us. When I returned the ticket was closed out and the parking attendant said if it's closed it's not there and said there was nothing he could do. Contacted police and then he said let us look and found the car. DO NOT PARK AT THIS LOCATION. NEVER.
