  Terrible!!! Birthday flowers didn't even get received. Stay away or prepare to be disappointed!

  This has been the worst experience we've ever had with flower deliveries and totally unacceptable arrangements. Flowers arrived with brown spots, broken flowers/leaves, missing flowers. Have two deliveries, second slightly better than the first, but neither are a dream come true. The 100% smile guarantee is totally false advertisement. Don't order. They won't even tell you where they are coming from. Sorry this doesn't warrant a rating but had to, to be able to get it to post.

  Husband spent almost 80 dollars for an arrangement. Received a basket with about $5 of filler flowers. Called florist who delivered advise they received 25 from the money paid to 1800Flowers and thats the best they could do. Lesson learned call the local florist and get what you pay for. What a rip off 1-800-flowers is.

  I wish I could give them negative stars. Pre order for a before noon delivery, the delivery day at noon came and went with only a notification that 'order received by our shop'. I got on chat help after noon time delivery was not received. They were so not helpful! Not addressing my concerns, but assuring me that the delivery will be made before 4pm. Ludicrous! I just can't tell you how disappointing this situation is. This is a human nature kind of service and now I'm stuck picking up the pieces because I was depending on a service that could not fulfill it's order/promise. The real downfall is I have used them several times in the past and even bought some 'passport' special program thing from them. How do I get refunded for that? I'm sure it will be more hours on the phone, email and chat fighting for it.

  BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD ORDERING FLOWERS, IF YOUR NOT LOOKING TO GET SCAMED OR HAVE SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY OVER CHARGED ME, AND THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ME A RECEIPT, LUCKILY I TOOK A SCREEN SHOT FOR SUBSTANTIATION. THERE REPRESENTATIVES ARE TERRIBLE, I SPOKE TO TWO OF THEM ALREADY, AND BOTH OF THEM CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BECAUSE OF IT. THEY FIRST EMAILED ME TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DELIVERY MY ORDER ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVERY IT. I HAD TO EMAIL BACK AND FORTH TO DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES THAT TRIED TO FIX THE DELIVERY DATE BACK TO THE INTIAL DELIVERY. WHILE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THE REPRESENTATIVES NEVER GOT A HOLD OF THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!!!! BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!
