  This location is out of business and for good reason however, Google maps still allows it to show up and funnel orders to the deceptive owner of this franchise. Shame on them

  I have never experienced anything like this. Worst florist! They delivered a half dead vase of roses. This should never have left the shop. The case was covered with paper so i couldn’t see it at first. Called them and they were supposed to redeliver on the following Monday. (I knew it was mother’s day weekend and they were swamped and probably had crappy flowers left- which is what they sent me). They never delivered on Monday. I called them and they came today (Tuesday). I would not have accept e them if I was home. The roses are peeled back so much it looks like th y are $5 from a road side gas station. Lillie’s are so open there might only be a day left. The snapdragons are the only thing that looks goos. The disgusting carnations they put on th arrangement look like death. DONT EVER USE THEM

  Horrible service. Order on 3/ 7 for 3/8 delivery its 3/ 9 is the flowers have not arrived. There excuse is weather. I can't believe such a big conpany with dishonest service. Shame on 1800 florist. Do not order from them

  Horrible. For Valentines day i went out of town. First time being away from my mother. So in my absence i left a gift for her on the 13th and assured her that the other half was coming on the 14th. Chocolates with purple (her favorite color) and red Tulips. I even paid the extra fee to have it delivered on the 14th. 14th nothing came but said delivered. So i called he said he will send out on the 15th making her get it the 16th okay. It came. No chocolate and it was pink white and yellow roses. So not what i wanted when i wanted it after i paid the fee. & had my loved one feeling left out.

  They did the flowers for our wedding. Amazing job! The arrangements and décor were beautifully done. The flowers lasted for weeks after the wedding too. Staff here are great. It's a nice local place. Highly recommend!
